Basic shortcuts while using your Computer

1. Alt+f = Pull down the file menu from the menu bar while opening a window
2. Alt+e = Shows the Edit menu
3. Ctrl+a = Select all the contents in a window
4. Ctrl+c = Copy which is now selected
5. Ctrl+x = Cut or Delete which is selected
6. Ctrl+v = ( or Shift Insert ) Paste somewhere which is copied or cut earlier
7. Ctrl+f = To find something like text in the Computer
8. Ctrl+(left arrow) = To go to next word in left position
9. Ctrl+(right arrow) = To go to the next word in right position
10. Shift+Delete = Delete permanently anything which is selected
11. F1 = The Computer help
12. Home = To go to the first word in a line
13. Ctrl+Home = To go to the first page or document
14. End = To go to the last word in a line
15. Ctrl+End = To go to the last  page or document
16. Shift+Home = To select a complete line from its starting position
17. Shift+ Ctrl+Home = To select completely from the current position to the starting
18. Shift+end = To select a complete line from its end position
19. Shift+ Ctrl+End = To select completely from the current position to the ending
20. Shift+(right arrow) = To select a letter of right side
21. Shift+(left arrow) = To select a letter of left side
22. Shift+Ctrl+(right arrow) = To select a line from its right position
23. Shift+Ctrl+(left arrow) = To select a line from its left position
24. Shift+(up arrow) = To select a line which is just above
25. Shift+(down arrow) = To select a line which is just below
26. Shift+Ctrl+(up arrow) = To select all the lines on upside
27. Shift+Ctrl+(down arrow) = To select all the lines on downside
28. Alt+Tab = To switch the program windows
29. Alt+F4 = To close the current window
30. Alt+F4 (On desktop) = To see the options to turn off the Computer
